Doubleclick on the Skin 2.0 by Sparklestock.atn file (or the CS3 to CS6 if you're not using Photoshop CC).
In your Actions panel (Window > Actions), click on the Skin by SparkleStock folder. Select any action then click on the play button on the bottom of your Actions panel.
After an action has been done playing, paint in the layer mask to reveal/hide the effect. Adjust the layer group opacity to increase/decrease the effect.
Photoshop CC (via Adobe Extension Manager)
Run the *.zxp file and follow the instructions.
Go to your Actions panel (Window > Actions), open the panel menu located on the top-right of your panel, then choose "Skin 2.0 by SparkleStock".
After an action has been done playing, paint in the layer mask to reveal/hide the effect. Adjust the layer group opacity to increase/decrease the effect.
Note: Adobe servers must not be blocked (ex. In your firewall settings or hosts file). Your system security settings must allow unsigned certificates. If you cannot install the ZXP file, please use the ATN file instead.
Photoshop Elements 11 and Newer
Open Photoshop Elements then switch to Expert mode.
Open the Actions panel (Window > Actions). This panel can only be opened in Expert mode (not Quick or Guided mode).
Drag and drop the "Skin 2.0 by SparkleStock (Photoshop Elements).atn" file into the Actions panel.
Select the action you want to play then click on the play icon located on the top-right of the Actions panel.
